If you prefer to be alone, that's also right. Send your love & light to Mother Earth and all her beeings. While you work as a channel some of the healing energies will rob off on you too.

If you have someone close who needs healing, make sure to send to that person as well. Just remember to ask your guides and light beeings for protection for everyone involved. And to say your thanks afterwards.
